I just tried this.. and I did not see anywhere to enter in the code for the shipping.. so continued on thinking there would be a spot to enter it in at the end.. NOPE I was charged shipping $7.95.. I called customer service, they told me that the 2011signatureguest and 2011selectguest codes are only applicable if you use a “house card”.. Not sure if the “house card” is a store CC or what, but it wouldnt work with a regular visa.. I cancelled my order.. : (
