Go here to sign up – you will get routine surveys, and for every five you do, you will get a product. In fact, I did my fourth survey just a few months ago (a few minutes maybe?) and got this confirmation:
Remember you need FIVE “INFORMATIONAL SURVEYS” receive a skin/hair or cosmetic product. Please allow 2-3 weeks upon confirmation of 5 completed surveys to receive product.
Only INFORMATIONAL SURVEYS can be used toward gift compensation.
So…that means I have one more survey to go and I get something special! Woo Hoo!

I signed up for this a few weeks ago and I got a fragrance survey and at the end it said everyone who does this survey receives a skin or cosmetic item! It was my first one! I love free stuff!!
