This Reindeer Drink pouch DIY is a cute way to transform a kids juice pouch into a festive and kid-friendly addition to any holiday party!
The month of December is one of my favorite times of the year. Festive decor, Christmas trees, a hot mug of champurrado, and Christmas lights everywhere you turn.
It’s so much fun for small kids as well – and this Reindeer Drink Pouch DIY is the perfect way for them to celebrate the season with friends! Cloak child’s favorite drink pouch as a Reindeer and they’ll be the hit of the party at school.

The best part about this drink pouch DIY is that it’s SUPER easy to throw together with simple materials. Swing by the dollar store for red pom poms, googly eyes, pipe cleaners, and brown construction paper. Grab a roll of tape and go wild… Once I had all of the materials I was able to crank out 30 drink pouches in just under 15 minutes for our Sunday School kids.
The sheer excitement in their faces was beyond measure!
Reindeer Drink Pouch DIY
Supplies needed:
- Juice pouches
- Brown construction paper
- Googly eyes
- Red pom poms
- Brown pipe cleaners
- Scissors
- Ruler
- Tape
- Glue
Instructions:
Lay out all of your supplies on a flat surface before you get started. If you have a few kids who can help, then form an assembly line to make the drink pouches quick and easy!
First, remove the straws from the back of each juice pouch.
Cut the brown construction paper to cover each juice pouch. Wrap the paper around the juice pouch and secure it with glue or tape. Tape the straw to the back of the pouch on top of the paper.
Glue a pair of eyes to the front of the juice pouch and add a red pom pom nose.
To make the antlers, cut one pipe cleaner in half and bend it in half to form a V. Cut another pipe cleaner into four equal pieces and wrap each end of the V with a small pipe cleaner.
Attach the antlers to the back of the juice pouch behind the brown paper using glue or tape.
That’s it! You have an adorable transformation of the standard kids juice pouch into a festive, kid-friendly reindeer drink pouch to welcome kids to a holiday party.
You can’t help but smile when you see these cute reindeer – even if they are just juice underneath!
