Oriental Vegetable Dip
This recipe starts with a simple base of mayonnaise. Use your favorite mayonnaise, or whip up your own with just a few simple ingredients.
Combine that mayo with soy sauce, onion, vinegar, spices, and milk. Add a smidge of milk (more or less) to bring the dip to your desired, preferred consistency and refrigerate.
This recipe is so easy you could double or even triple for a larger crowd.

Oriental Vegetable Dip
Ingredients
- 1 C mayonnaise
- 4 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 Tbsp grated onion
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 2 Tbsp milk more or less, on preference
Instructions
- Mix the first 5 ingredients together.
- Stir in the milk for the right consistency for dipping.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
