This is not only something pretty amazing, it’s something that I have received – when Dave was in in Iraq he sent me one of these – I was so thrilled
The qualify of my picture is rather poor……… and our picture is Black and White – but the quality of the canvas itself was amazing. The picture is of Dave and I way back before we had kiddos – if I had to guess it was back in 2000.
I am posting this again because we do have a handful of readers with a Spouse that is serving overseas on a current deployment – if this fits your situation, I hope you find it helpful.
Canvas on Demand is working to support the troops that are serving overseas…and their wives (or husbands) holding down the home front by honoring them with a FREE 16×20 PixelPainted Canvas for their spouse on their anniversary.
Check out what they said:
Canvas on Demand appreciates our troops! That’s why we started Operation Hi Honey, a program that gives hundreds of our deployed military men and women a free fine-art canvas that will be presented to their spouse on their anniversary. The beautiful 16″x20″ PixelPaintedTM canvas, created from a favorite photo, has the look and feel of a traditional custom painting. It’s a personalized keepsake that their Honey will hang in a place of honor and cherish for years to come.
So if you are a deployed member of the United States military and want to surprise your Honey on your anniversary, you can apply. Recipients will be selected randomly each week, and the canvas will be delivered to your Honey in time for your anniversary. Be sure to apply at least 6 weeks before your anniversary date. All submissions and photos will be posted on our website and can easily be forwarded by email to friends and family.
Go HERE to apply – remember to apply at least 6 weeks before your anniversary. Canvas on Demand will select recipients randomly each week and deliver the canvas in time for their anniversary.
In addition, Canvas on Demand also offers deployed Soldiers a way to thank their mom for Mothers Day by offering them a FREE Fine Art Canvas printed from a favorite photo – it’s called “Operation Hi Mom!” – you can also apply for that offer HERE!
Please feel free to share this with those who are near to you that may be serving in this capacity – or, with family members that are close to those serving overseas as well.
