Free shipping is automatic. I ordered both of the items when I posted, so I know they were still there at the time, and the Doll is not $9.99 because I paid $5.09.
Went thru all the steps and then at the very end says my price is 0.00 and they are out of stock of the truck ;/

Because the doll you got is not the one I posted – the one i posted was $5.09 after discount, I even purchased it.
The links read error from the beginning for me, but I did a search and the doll came up for $9.99.
