I have this exact same steam mop and it works great for us. It heats up quickly and has reusable pads that you can toss in the wash for next floor cleaning – they are really easy to wash. . It has 2 reservoirs (one for solution and one for water) – both which can be refilled by taking them off and turning on your tap in the kitchen.
The mop uses a solution (from Hoover – or you can buy in store)… I have found it cost effective by using my own solution – we use Vinegar in ours, and have had the mop a little over a year.
