We have a 5-Meal Plan this week, which will serve around 5-6 people per meal. Leftovers can be saved for work lunch the next day or freeze the extra meals for later.
Each of these recipes is based on items that are on sale this week at Fry’s – in most cases, you may have the items in your fridge or pantry, in which you will save even more money. Since we have a great price on Chicken this week, and if you plan on using this full list, try to get a tray pack of at least 9 breasts (4 + 4 + 1 for 3 meals). That tray pack should be $9 – $10 – but of course that could vary too.
