These cookies are incredibly simple to make and super delicious – they will quickly be a favorite with everyone! Combine 5 simple ingredients with a pinch of salt and pop in the oven for just 15 minutes.
Store the cookies in an airtight container for up to 72 hours (3 days) to keep them fresh. Enjoy them with a glass of milk – although it’ll be super hard to just eat one ?

These Double Chocolate Fudgy Cookies are completely flourless and perfect to bring to a holiday party!
Ingredients
- 3 C powdered sugar
- 2/3 C cocoa powder
- 4 egg whites
- 1 C chocolate chips
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine cocoa, powdered sugar and salt. Whisk until blended. Add in vanilla and egg whites, whisking just until combined.
- Stir in chocolate chips. Using a tablespoon, scoop the cookie batter onto prepared baking sheets, leaving 1-2 inches in between.
- Bake for 13-15 minutes or until the tops of cookies have a glazed look and are slightly cracked.
- Allow the cookies to cool completely on the baking sheet before removing. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
Notes
Most powdered sugars contain some type of starch - look for C&H or Domino's as those brands contain less than .01% of corn starch and are branded as gluten-free. When in doubt, make your own powdered sugar from regular granulated sugar.
