To participate in the Energizer Battery, Inc. $10 Rewards Offer (“Offer”), purchase participating packages of Energizer® Brand batteries or Energizer® flashlights (available at participating retailers only) between 4/1/11 and 12/31/11.

• Look inside specially marked participating battery packages for a unique code/codes (“Code”).
• Three (3) Codes are required to redeem a $10 Reward.
• Your choice of Prepaid MasterCard® card, PayPal™ or donation to the National Park Foundation.
• There is a limit of “4” cards per person/email address.

Participating specially marked Energizer® Brand battery packs containing one (1) Code include:
