If you need to bring a dish to church to pass at church this weekend, or maybe something for a holiday party, this is EASY and fool-proof!
We’ve made it TWICE since Friday & all 4 pans are GONE.
They are just that good!
You won’t be able to eat just one… you’ll probably grab a few at a time Even better, since Cake Mix is on sale almost everywhere right now for $.65 or less, this is economical as well!

Ingredients
- 1 Box Betty Crocker Devil's Food Cake Mix 15.25 oz
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
- 1/3 C. Oil
- Powdered Sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350.
- In a Bowl, stir together by hand the Eggs, Vanilla, Oil and Cake Mix JUST until moistened.
- Shape into 1" balls, and roll in a dish filled with powdered sugar - you want to heavily coat each one.
- Place on cookie sheet (we were able to do 12 per sheet).
- Pop in the oven for 11 minutes (set that timer!)
- Remove and sit on the counter for 10 - 15 minutes - they will still be slightly soft when you remove from the oven but will harden up a bit on the counter top.
- Keep in a tightly covered container.
