This super easy Dill Pickle Dip comes together in just minutes with 5 simple ingredients – perfect to serve at your next get together!
Although we’re a few short weeks from Christmas, evidence of Sunday football is everywhere around us. Some of the best memories from when I was a kid were of Sunday football..
My family would return home from church and park it on the sofa all afternoon to watch the Minnesota Vikings… Now, 30 years later I find myself thinking back to all those Sunday afternoons. Despite my age, I was always looking for things to make in the kitchen that would feed my brothers as my Dad yelled at the tele.
This dill pickle dip is super easy to whip together and perfect for those Sunday afternoons. Heck.. it’s even great for birthday parties, and other random get togethers. It reminds me of the old fashioned cheeseball you would often times find at the family reunion.
Except… this is better. It’s perfect on veggies, crackers, or bread and comes together with 5 simple ingredients. Just five! Oh how I love simple recipes that you can dump together and churn out into something incredible.
And incredible it is!
Dill Pickle Dip
This dill pickle dip starts with a base of 16 oz of softened cream cheese. Using softened cream cheese is the key to mixing this together with ease.
Whip in the ranch seasoning mix along with the chopped pickles, onions and ham and give it a good stir. Serve it in your favorite dip bowl alongside some Ritz crackers.
Or whatever crackers you have on hand. I love Ritz herb crackers. They are the best!
This dip would also be good on veggies or spread on fresh sourdough toast. Looking for the next perfect appetizer for your get together? You may want to check out these other recipes, too:
