Those of you who are “deal followers”, like me in some aspect, are probably familiar with Groupon, Living Social, etc. Although the last few months I will admit some pretty bad experiences have caused me to steer a little farther from Groupon… I have bought a few and found the business closed. Frustrating to say the least.
But… there is a NEW Daily Deal site, based right here in Arizona – due to roll out as early as next week; even better, they work quite a bit different than the others, and I’m excited to tell you a bit more about them.
DailyScoup is an online community in which Merchants and Consumers can both join together to receive some very good benefits. Unlike other daily deal sites, DailyScoup charges the merchants NOTHING, and brings the deal to us, as consumers, for just ONE DOLLAR!
On DailyScoup, you’ll find the deal you like (“Scoupon”) and pay just $1 to get the coupon – you will need to make sure you pay close attention to the “Scoupon” – as they’ll each have different requirements, but they deals will focus on anything from Dining, Entertainment, Health/Beauty and more.
I encourage you to take a moment to sign up at DailyScoup – next week, when they roll out 100%, you’ll be able to take part in some pretty spiffy deals.

Wow! I haven’t had any trouble with businesses closing with Groupon. I’m pretty sure you can get reimbursed for it though. They reimbursed me when I had a negative experience with the service I purchased.

They did, but it still left a sour taste for me. Because each time (it happened 4 times) I was curious enough to ask them how they can list a company that’s out of business…..obviously they dont always know who will or won’t be in business but gosh – frustrating to say the least.

Daily deal sites have exploded onto the the scene, and the market and the data show that these businesses have the backbone for long-term sustainability and growth.
