You can get Free ship with code CRAFREESHIP, though checkout is a bit weird. There is is a "Submit your Order" page and then a "Finalize your Order" page.
Free ship shows on the "Finalize your Order" page. Make sure you choose standard shipping, and enter the code in that tiny discount code box. If you pay with Paypal, you will need to re-enter the free ship code once again after you complete your Paypal transaction – I paid via debit, which was much easier.
