Thank goodness the weather is cooling down here in the Valley – it might not be all “too” cool, but it’s considerably cooler than the 115 degree temps we had a few short weeks ago.
I’m happy and I know my kids are too. ;)
Now is the perfect time to break out that POGO pass and enjoy the weather with the outdoor venues featured on the pass.
Score a POGO Pass for $39.95 with code CENTSABLE, and get FREE Admission to 16 venues.. some with several visits.
Enchanted Island Amusement Park
If you have kids ages 1-10, Enchanted Island is perfect for them! They have boats, arcade games, and more.. your kids can take a trip on the train, head to the splash zone, red baron or bumper boats. It’s perfect for little kids too, as they have a carousel. You can visit 4 times per POGO Pass per year.
Phoenix Zoo
Think you need to be a kid to go to the Zoo? Wrong! Your POGO pass scores you not one but TWO FREE Admissions to the Phoenix Zoo ~ I can’t think of a better way to spend a day with the kids!
Castles’n Coasters
PERFECT place to take the kids in cool weather! You will get Unlimited Rides & Mini Golf (Silver Pass) – ONE per person with your POGO Pass – a $30 value!
And that’s not all – each pass allows you to score free admission to a whopping 16 venues, over the course of a full 12 months.

Some things to Remember ABOUT the pass ~
- Each family member needs one. It’s not required that a 2 year old have one, because they are usually free at most places, but not all.
- The pass is valid for Kids AND Adults alike – and considering that admission to the Zoo is over $20 for Adults, this POGO pass will pay for itself after just a few uses.
- The pass includes a visit to Golfland Sunsplash – a $30 value. That includes the Waterpark area of the park – so if you plan on going there this year, this is a no-brainer!
- The VENUES can change at any time, though they have remained consistent (I have had my pass 2 years!)
- The promo price can change at any time – but but it hasn’t changed for a while.
- Some venues have restrictions on the days (Makutu’s Island is ONLY on weekdays!) so watch that carefully!
- The pass is valid for ONE year after purchase
As much as we LOVE the POGO Pass, we also have some news to share – starting January 1st, 2017, POGO will be raising the price to help accommodate MORE venues. Those who already have a pass will not have to pay more – since they have their pass. But new pass holders will have to pay a higher rate.
If you don’t yet have a POGO Pass, it might be a wise choice to pick one up NOW… before the price goes up – it’ll lock you in for 12 months and allow you to enjoy this cooler fall weather headed our way with trips to the Zoo, DBacks games, Castles’N Coasters, & More.
