White Chocolate Raspberry Mousse
These yummy (and beautiful!) Mousse Cups come together quickly with basic ingredients:
- fresh raspberries
- heavy cream
- sugar
- white chocolate (one 4.4 oz bar works perfect!)
- vanilla extract
- and chocolate shavings
This is a great way to take advantage of a sale on fresh berries at the supermarket just prior to the holidays! Bring all those ingredients together in layers and top with a garnish of more fresh berries and sweet chocolate shavings.
I usually pick up a simple chocolate candy bar and use a sharp knife to create chocolate shavings that I can use as a garish.
