I’m new to groupon and bought this. I went to use it at checkout( I had $50 in stuff) and when I entered the card said it was only $10. Anyone know how this works…?
It’s in store only – did you try in-store? I would have mentioned to them that it was $20.
No I was trying it online since I don’t have an old navy close. I put the card number and pin at checkout and only recognized $10. I’m dissapointed now but never went through the checkout til I figured this out.
If you didn’t use it yet you could probably get Groupon to refund you. I had a really good experience with a refund with them.
Thanx. I might have to do that. I wrote them an email but probably should call them. It looks like I need to wait until Monday. Too bad since there is good deals at old navy right now. Good luck to everyone else.
