In an effort to keep your account as secure as possible, we will be updating the app to include a high-quality, highly secure encryption algorithm.
Therefore, the next time your app is updated, it will require you to log in again. We understand that sometimes we forget passwords, and if you aren’t sure of it, now is the time to click “Forgot Password” within the app’s sign in page to reset it.
Check your inbox for your reset password activation code and please add support@mobisave.com to your contacts list to make sure you receive it, and in no time you’ll be back to your MobiSave experience.
If you do not receive a code within an hour of request, please email our dedicated customer service team at support@mobisave.com. Please include your MobiSave account email address, and they will get you a new password code as fast as their flippers can carry them.
