Chances are, if you love taking baths, you have Epsom Salt at home. I just got a bag two nights ago at Walmart – 4 lbs was $2.50 … Costco is JUST as inexpensive.
Epsom salt is made up of the compound magnesium sulfate. The earliest discovery of magnesium sulfate came about in Epsom, England. Many people have a magnesium deficiency……….which can lend way to health problems.
Likewise, many plants also have a magnesium deficiency – that’s why you see some plants with curled up leaves. It’s a great idea to help keep the magnesium level regular in your body by taking frequent Epsom Salt Baths (reference below).
