The offer can be picked up HERE; you will need to purchase (2) Bags of Safeway Brand Baby Carrots, 1 lb each, and the movie.

Offer is valid for purchases 11/15 to 1/10/2014 – postmarked by 1/31. Cash Register Receipt is required – photo copy of the receipt is permitted – the carrots and the Combo Pack do not have to be purchased at the same store.
