We have one! It works super for the kids, and is almost a necessity IF you have kids or if you get sick often.
We’ve also found that it helps cool down the room a little (we have a/c but no evap cooler) allowing us keep the a/c set at a slightly higher temp than we normally would. I don’t know what the manufacturer would say, but we’re planning on filling ours half way with ice and the rest with water this summer and see how it goes. :) Anything to save a little on a/c in the summertime in AZ and still stay comfortable. :)
