Lent is right around the corner, and if you are preparing for meals during that time period, we rounded up 18 Seafood Recipes you can incorporate into your meals.
Some of you might ask… why is Seafood not considered “Meat”?
In the Catholic church, “Meat” refers to the meat of warm-blooded animals. Beef, pork, venison, chicken, turkey, lamb, etc. The Church does not consider cold blooded animals to be meat – you can eat fish, shark, alligator, frog legs, and even eel if you like.
Vegetarians may want to avoid Seafood – each person is different.
Meal Planning makes life MUCH easier at this time of the year, but during Lenten periods, it’s harder … you have less flexibility when it comes to throwing things together for dinner.
To help you in that area, we teamed up with several bloggers to offer up 18 recipes that you can incorporate into your dinner meals during this Lenten period… they are all very easy, and doable for those of you on a budget.
